RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Return
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

The item is defective or damaged

Wrong item delivered

Item significantly differs from description

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).


2. Non-Returnable Items

Sale or promotional items

Used, worn, or damaged items due to customer misuse

Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

Returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.

Refunds will be made via original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
