RETURN & REFUND POLICY


1. Eligibility for Return

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
• The item is defective or damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
• The item significantly differs from its description

2. Return Conditions
• Items must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with original packaging and tags intact.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

3. Non-Returnable Items
• Sale or promotional items
• Used, worn, or damaged items due to customer misuse
• Hygiene-sensitive products (where applicable)

4. Refund Process
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
• Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–14 working days.
